很老的房間 訂的高級房 比前一天貴了差不多一千塊想改 已經改不了了 服務倒是挺好 還幫我們送兩個行李到房間了 這在歐洲很難得啊 晚餐有點貴 早餐訂房網站説18歐 酒店説€20 沒吃 2500多不含早 不值得住 老房子很不方便的

整體挺好的～挺歐式的，走十分鐘就可以到附近小鎮，有的吃有的逛。 空氣很好景色也不錯～裝修還不賴，酒店的早餐很好吃盤子也好看😋適合情侶入住～

Un accueil plus que chaleureux, un personnel toujours avec un sourire et un humour appréciable. Un lieu qui surprend et nous met directement à l'aise. Des chambres avec chacune un style unique. Un service rapide et à disposition à tout moment. Un service de restauration le soir d'une qualité surprenante. (Vous avez du choix) Un lieu que je conseil fortement alors que c'est la première fois que j'y viens.

AVOID this place. The location is fine and the design of the hotel is elegant. But everything else is disaster. 1) The bed is uncomfortable and too short (I'm just 178cm, but my legs were hanging from the bed) 2) The breakfast totally doesn't worth 20 EUR, smallest breakfast I've seen in 4 star hotel. 3) But the worst part - they've thrown away part of our luggage! We left our belongings after check-out and went to the the castle. But when we have returned it happened that they've thrown away our magnum bottle that we started this morning, covered with special champagne closing cup that were presented to us and was important as a memory. But the new receptionist just have thrown it away (it was rare magnum 2015 from Domaine Huet). But when we asked about it the girl just dissapeared, and we were trying to find her for 15 minutes and nearly were late for train. When she returned with manager she said, "sorry, but we have thrown it away, we can give you that bottle instead" and offered 2019, basic version that is much cheaper and easier to find. Because we didn't have time to argue, we had to leave. Is it normal when hotel can throw away your belongings?
